Industry 4.0 refers to the fourth industrial revolution, which integrates advanced technologies, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and big data, into manufacturing and other industries. Quality 4.0, on the other hand, refers to applying these same technologies to improve the quality of products and services.
